Good stuff, Phase 1 collect evo parts complete, Phase 2 ..... ??????, Phase 3 profit
That would have been a c*nt of a thing to do with the roof awning so low. The beam on the engine crane is at its shortest length so you guys would have had some fun trying to get the motor out

It wasnt that bad rob really, just swinging the motor into the right angles to get it over the radiator support. Phase 2 will be the build up of the coupe awd etc etc, still have a shit load of things to get before the engine can come out of the coupe. Phase 3 hmmmmm most of the profits have been made and spent lol

well i got the rear end out today, and cut the floor pan out (well sort off) i ran out of drill bits and money. So i cracked out the grinder and cut it out lol. Now i have a whole floor and bits of the chassis rails etc, i have to trim off the bits that i wont use now. Another thing that i found whislt grinding away is that the evo has a extra support bracket in the rear end. The bracket is on the front diff hanger thats (the one spot welded to the body) see pics but i dont know how im going to get it off with out damaging it....

lol I don't know how long till the floor pan and diff get welded in lol

I cut it like that cause the evo has extra bracing on the front diff mount that im yet to work out! Frank might have to come and have a look and tell me what he thinks!
